Criminal Defense:
Criminal defense is an area where we demonstrate a great deal of passion as well as empathy and concern for our clients. We are ready able and willing to deal with any type of criminal case which may come through our office, from the minor traffic infraction, to a multiple homicide case.

We realize that any type of criminal case, regardless of how big or small, can be one of the most stressful and taxing times of a person’s life. We also understand that these times can very often be extremely confusing and frightening. That’s why we are willing to do anything and everything we can to guide our clients through the legal process with comfort and ease. Our ultimate goal is to get the best possible disposition for every clients’ individual case.

Real Estate:
Our knowledge and experience in real estate is rather broad and tends to lay more on the residential side. We are very well versed across a wide spectrum of residential real estate issues. Whether it be the closing transaction of a residential home or property, or obtaining a zoning variance within a given community, you can be sure that DBA will provide only the best informed decisions and guidance.

Additionally, we have experience in the commercial side of real estate. Our firm’s Principle, Daniel Barber Jr., has participated in several complex closing transactions on commercial buildings and properties. He has also played an intricate role in some of the complicated financing issues that usually accompany such acquisitions.

Sports and Entertainment:
Our most recent involvement in the sports and entertainment industry was the representation of one of our clients in the “Funk Master Flex Celebrity Car Show”. Our client, Next Level Productions, LLC, was the exclusive promoter of the show which took place on August 16, 2003. The car show’s theme was much like that of the MTV show “Cribs”, only with cars instead of houses. Top name celebrities such as “50 Cent”, “Lil Kim”, “Ja Rule”, “Wycleff”, and many other celebrities brought their collection of cars and put them on display. The show was an overwhelming success with well over 10,000 people in attendance and over twenty top name celebrities along with their cars. We are proud to announce that our client has been asked by the founders of the show to be the exclusive promoter of future shows. Our client is expecting to do several shows in 2004 and we are both looking forward to continuing to our relationship and expanding our involvement in the industry.
