Daniel Barber Jr.

Recognizing a growing need for personalized attention in the legal industry, Daniel sought out create a law firm driven by the individual needs of it’s clients. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pace University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law, Daniel proudly serves as the firm’s principle. Before launching his own firm, Daniel gained experience in a broad range of legal areas.

Daniel gained a thorough working knowledge of the criminal court system working for a criminal judge in the Connecticut Superior Court system. He later went on to spend a brief amount of time with the Connecticut Public Defender’s office.

In addition to his criminal court experience, Daniel was also a partner in a commercial real estate holding company. There he acted as an advisor to the company overseeing its commercial real estate acquisitions. He also played a key role in obtaining the financing related to such acquisitions.

Through his recent involvement in a celebrity car show, Daniel has been able to tap into the sports and entertainment industry. Daniel is continually making new, and cultivating existing relationships with some of the industry’s key players.



Jamie Penn

Acting as head paralegal at DBA, Jamie holds a master’s degree in forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Jaime oversees everyday tasks relating to such things as real estate closings, court scheduling, etc. Having been trained in forensic psychology, Jamie also plays an active role in formulating defense strategies.



Jeffrey Parkinson

As a former police officer in the city of Philadelphia, Jeff is the head criminal investigator at DBA. By virtue of the fact that he was a police officer, Jeff brought with him to DBA a thorough knowledge of the inner workings of law enforcement and police procedures.
